- Each group is given a mark out of 6.
- Multiply it by the amount of people in your group.
- Reallocate the marks in a way that feels fair.
- Note: there needs to be full consensus if there is a change, with no coercion.
- If you're changing the mark, justify it on the back.
- If there is no consensus, another option is to accept the mark as a group, but individually you may come forward and vouch for a higher mark, not at the expense of the group.

- Tomorrow, come to class with some notes on how you'll write the speech. Your goals for the speech:
- Half complete by the end of Wednesday. It's possible I won't be here tomorrow.
