Hello! Sorry I can't be there today. Here's what you're up to:
English 12
- Time to work on one of your upcoming projects:
- Coordinate with a classmate for the Assignment 4 presentation (be sure to consider several topics, in case someone chooses yours). We'll establish order tomorrow.
- Do some research for your topic for Project 6. Try to find different opinion pieces on your topic.
- Coordinate with another classmate on your Independent Novel Project. What might you do for a film? Note that I've changed the length to 2-4 minutes.
- Read ahead in your independent novel
- Note: because I'm not here, anyone hoping to work on their quiz at FIT will have to wait until next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
New Media 10
- Time to work on one of your upcoming projects:
- Check with your group for the Romeo and Juliet film project. How would y'all like to plan?
- Coordinate with another classmate on your Independent Novel Project. What might you do for an infographic? Note that I've changed the length to 2-4 minutes.
- Read ahead to Act 1 Scenes 2 and 3
- Read ahead in your independent novel
English 9
- Earthquake drill. Please review what is expected. Note that this is also an evacuation and a reunification drill. This means that once you're outside, there will be an additional step in which you rearrange based on your last name. Dress warmly.
- Please note: during an evacuation, we leave the room to the LEFT, then LEFT out the front door, and to the field. We return the same way.
- If there is any time left, you can read ahead in And Then There Were None, or begin to plan for your video project: who might you work with, and what might it look like?
