- Time to work on the game: it needs to be ready to play by Friday (we'll be spending that entire lesson playing the games). Tomorrow I should be back, and I'll give feedback on the work you've done

- Recap of Persuasive Techniques in advertisement sheet
- Practice
- Consider these three ads. What persuasive techniques can you identify?
- Go online and find any ad that pops up on one of your social media apps (or you can just go to google if you prefer). Choose one. Write a 10 minute freewrite analysing (a) what techniques you see, and (b) whether it's an effective ad
- Introducing the Advertisement Assignment (details on assignment page)
- With remaining time in class, begin brainstorm for your video. You'll have the next three days to prepare and film it, and then we'll show it to the class on Monday
